Dr. Matt Bush is the Medical Director of QuestCare Urgent Care at Snider Plaza. As Medical Director, Dr. Bush supervises QuestCare Urgent Care’s medical operations. Dr. Bush, a native of the Highland Park area, helped create QuestCare’s urgent care clinic in 2009. He is also the Medical Director of the Medical City Dallas Hospital Emergency Department. Dr. Bush and his wife live in University Park with their three children, who attend Highland Park schools.

Barbara is the Interim Director of Clinical Operations for QuestCare Urgent Care. Barbara was a member of the original team that helped form QuestCare Urgent Care in 2009. Barbara has 18 years of experience in the healthcare field focusing mainly on emergency medicine, both clinically and in an administrative capacity.

Dr. Farley comes to QuestCare Urgent Care after sixteen years of solo family practice in the Lake Conroe/Woodlands area of Southeast Texas. She enjoyed a full-range practice, caring for everyone from newborns to geriatrics. She served as Chief of Staff for HCA Conroe Regional Medical Center and held many other key appointments there as well. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biology and Chemistry at Houston Baptist University, and then attended University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth for her medical school studies. Her residency in Family Medicine was at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Conroe. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Farley and her husband Wayne, an Ob-Gyn hospitalist with QuestCare, have relocated their family to the beautiful University Park area. They have four children ranging from the sixth grade to a college student. Dr. Farley believes that all of her patients should play an active role in their health care and should expect no less than a caring, compassionate physician to help them in that endeavor. She fully anticipates that your visit to QuestCare Urgent Care will be thorough, efficient, and probably a little fun, too!

Ashley is a Registered Nurse with QuestCare Urgent Care. Ashley was born and reared in Tucson, Arizona. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles in 2005. She decided to pursue a career in nursing and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University in San Francisco in 2008. Ashley relocated to Dallas in 2009. Ashley is a wonderful addition to QuestCare Urgent Care.

Claudia is a full-time clerk with QuestCare Urgent Care. Claudia was born in Edinburg, Texas. Her family moved to University Park and opened Kuby’s Sausage House in Snider Plaza in 1961. Claudia considers herself a “native” to Snider Plaza as she has grown up here and watched it go through all of its changes. Claudia has two daughters, one in high school and the other age 22. Claudia loves knowing and working with the folks in University Park.
