QuestCare’s staff includes board-certified physicians, and the clinic’s affiliation with leading area ERs facilitates seamless patient transfers and rapid access to specialists, if necessary.

Dr. Matt Bush – Medical Director

Dr. Matt Bush is the Medical Director of QuestCare Urgent Care at Snider Plaza. As Medical Director, Dr. Bush supervises QuestCare Urgent Care’s medical operations. Dr. Bush, a native of the Highland Park area, helped create QuestCare’s urgent care clinic in 2009. He is also the Medical Director of the Medical City Dallas Hospital Emergency Department. Dr. Bush and his wife live in University Park with their three children, who attend Highland Park schools.

Dirk Frantz – Director, Clinical Operations

Originally a native of Germany, Dirk came to QuestCare Urgent Care in 2011 after a 21 year career in the United States Air Force where he served as a medic, and retired at the rank of Master Sergeant.  Dirk spent 3 tours in Iraq with multiple medal and commendations. He is a graduate of Texas State College and Community College of the Air Force where he majored in Applied Health Sciences and received his paramedic degree.  Dirk has a variety of medical experience including inpatient, acute care, intensive care, and pediatrics, spending 11 years of his post-military career working in the emergency department of Medical City Dallas Hospital.

Rochelle Farley, DO – Physician

Dr. Farley comes to QuestCare Urgent Care after sixteen years of solo family practice in the Lake Conroe/Woodlands area of Southeast Texas. She enjoyed a full-range practice, caring for everyone from newborns to geriatrics. She served as Chief of Staff for HCA Conroe Regional Medical Center and held many other key appointments there as well. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biology and Chemistry at Houston Baptist University, and then attended University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth for her medical school studies. Her residency in Family Medicine was at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Conroe. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Farley and her husband Wayne, an Ob-Gyn hospitalist with QuestCare, have relocated their family to the beautiful University Park area. They have four children ranging from the sixth grade to a college student. Dr. Farley believes that all of her patients should play an active role in their health care and should expect no less than a caring, compassionate physician to help them in that endeavor. She fully anticipates that your visit to QuestCare Urgent Care will be thorough, efficient, and probably a little fun, too!

Kelly Munoz, CMA – Clinical Staff

Kelly was born in Marquette, Michigan and was raised in Minnesota. She graduated from Ridgewater Community College in Wilmer, Minnesota in 1998 as a Certified Medical Assistant. Kelly moved to Dallas in 2003 and has 13 years of clinical experience including family practice, pediatrics, neurology and urgent Care. She joined Questcare Urgent Care in 2010 and is currently studying to become a Registered Nurse.

Brittany Williams, RT – Radiology

Born and raised in Paris, Texas, Brittany Williams is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences.  In 2010, Brittany completed her Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology from Brookhaven College.  She is a Registered Technologist in Radiology and a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. Brittany joined Questcare Urgent Care in 2011 and is currently working towards her certification in Mammography.

Maria Maldonado , MA- Clinical Staff

Maria Maldonado, a Dallas native, joined QuestCare Urgent Care in January 2011.  Maria gained valuable clinical experience in an internal medicine clinic after graduating from PCI health training center as a Medical Assistant in 2010.  Maria is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Jessica Udeogu – Patient Services

Born and raised in the Dallas area, Jessica Udeogu is a graduate of The Colony High School and Baylor University, where she graduated with a biology degree in 2006. Prior to joining QuestCare Urgent Care, Jessica worked as a health unit coordinator and patient care attendant at Medical City Dallas Hospital.  Jessica joined the Questcare team in October 2011 and is currently taking classes to attend medical school.
